Bring Her Back (2025)

I really hope that they do something original with their 3rd movie. Here me out...
Horror skit Youtubers Danny Philippou & Michael Philippou have certainly proved that they can utilize the modern day horror formula. Talk to Me was an entertaining "party trick" horror film by introducing a new and visually fun element (the hand). Otherwise, it was a run-of-the-mill modern horror movie. Bring Her Back is a courageous step towards the less fun but more emotional side of horror. Utilizing a grieving mothers dark side to build towards a  demonic possession plotline that is ultimately predictable but none-the-less shockingly gory and gross. The performances were honestly great, which is why I still think this is a very good movie for the bravest of horror fans. What I really want is for these horror movie bros to do something actually original, because I believe they can. They have proved they can make a good movie. Now lets see them create their movie. Something that truly stands out amidst the insane amount of good horror movies that have been releasing these past few years.
