REVIEW: BOOKSMART

"Was that Cardi B?"
This movie deserves more attention. Booksmart is a wickedly smart and funny coming-of-age movie that is both relevant and aware of the other successes in the genre. While taking notes from greats like Superbad and Edge of Seventeen, it manages to be fresh and deservedly raunchy. Our two stars Kaitlyn Dever and Beanie Feldstein are near perfect and the rest of the cast is great as well. The whole movie is really fun and everyone (of age) should go see it.
