You Were Never Really Here demands multiple viewings and its ninety minute run-time allows for it. Accompanied by a captivating soundtrack and stunning cinematography, Lynne Ramsay has created a compelling crime drama that hits both an emotional climax and resonates a poignant introspective message that is leaving most lost in thought. Beautiful filmmaking exposing dark truths.
