  Creed II is a successful sequel. Only playing it too safe to be considered exceptional. Adonis Creed finds a true enemy in Viktor Drago. Fans of the original Rocky films will be happy to indulge in the lore and fans of Michael B. Jordan will be just as pleased. The first Creed has several moments that capture boxing in a new and exciting way. Unfortunately, Creed II doesn't bring anything new to the table. It's a predictable formula that pulls several hard-hitting but familiar punches.
