Logan Lucky (2017)

I admittedly missed out on this film until 2020, where one late night with a bag of taco bell I decided it was the best movie to watch. I was damn right. This movie is entertaining from start to finish and features performances from Daniel Craig and Adam Driver that are truly too good for a film about hicks robbing a vault. Craig plays Joe Bang and he likes to blow stuff up. Driver plays one-armed Clyde, who says cauliflower in a weird way.  Do you really need to know anything else? I will say I was thoroughly impressed and so glad I took the time to revisit this oddball comedy. It has a great sense of it's location and uses the setting, culture, and people of this southern town to create a fleshed out, gut-wrenchingly funny film about a cursed family named Logan.
