The Conjuring 2 (2016)

Tied with Don't Breath for 2016's (2nd) best horror film. This is one of those rare cases where a horror sequel is even better than its predecessor. The Conjuring 2 is scary, demented, and twisted. Its fucking hard to watch at times. Darkness is mastered by these filmmakers and while majority of their productions are "great value," every once in awhile they'll release a film like this- this is a film horror fans want to see on the big screen.
