Warrior (2011)

Any time someone asks what my favorite sports film is I tell them Warrior., even beating out Rocky. The performances from the three leads are so powerful; Hardy, Edgerton, and Nolte. Combined with excellent direction and realistic MMA style cinematography- this movie is phenomenal. The last hour is the very best MMA special I've ever seen. They even got the actual UFC spokespersons to be in the film.  A strong recommendation to anyone needing a good cry.
