Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith (2005)

The opening sequence marks the start of a new Star Wars era. One that wouldn't be utilized til 2015. Finally, CGI is where George Lucas needs it be to fully craft his true vision and fulfill the potential of his scripts. Thus correcting the biggest issue of I and II, with remarkably better world building, fight scenes, and CGI characters. There's also a huge shift in mood as if this is the dark side's film. Revenge, genocide, and cold blooded murder are some of the themes this film dives into. While we already know the ending, it's hard accepting this one won't have a happy ending. Tension continues boiling til the last monumental moments.
