Anakin Skywalker is now ten years older. His punk kid attitude has evolved into an MCR type grunge attitude. He believes he's ready for the Jedi trials but his master Obi-Wan does not agree. We soon learn that his young affection towards Senator Amidala has grown into love. Unfortunately, this focus of the film proves to be disastrously melodramatic. In a weird way this works since hating Anakin is inevitable. We know who he will become. The other half of the film however is even more exciting and adventurous than it's predecessor. Though the same issues persist with bad writing and overly used bad CGI. One thing almost all Star Wars films have is that the villains are incredible. Count Dooku is no exception. Christopher Lee gives possibly the best performance of this film. Yet again, Lucas fulfills his promise with this Star Wars even with it's obvious errors.
